Workshop: Holistic Sustainability at Wärtsilä
Context
Wärtsilä is a global company leading technology innovation and lifecycle solutions for the marine and energy industries.
Their Norwegian branch invited us to deliver a full-day workshop for their management team, to explore concepts of sustainability.
As Wärtsilä’s strategy is centered around decarbonisation, we explored how they could incorporate holistic sustainability within their existing strategy.

Two-Day Masterclass: Energy shift in Abidjan, Ivory Coast
Context
Hosted by CREMPOL (Centre Recherche Maritime Portuaire et Logistique) at ARSTM (Academie Régionale Scientifique Technologie et Maritime) in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, we were invited to deliver a masterclass with workshop excercices to explore the risks and opportunities of an energy transition for West and Central African ports.
Taking outset in our holistic sustainability toolbox, we explored scenarios where African ports can share risk and take both inclusive and proactive action towards a sustainable energy shift. The masterclass was attended by 40 port representatives from across the region.
