We partner with organizations to collaborate on developing new knowledge and identify pathways to impact.
Knowledge Partnerships
Partnering up for impact
We believe that meaningful progress happens through collaboration.
Our knowledge partnerships are long-term collaborations with like-minded organisations, where we co-create knowledge, share insights, and identify pathways to drive sustainable transformation across the maritime industry. By working closely with partners across sectors, we strengthen our collective ability to create real impact.
-
We help industry stakeholders get answers to their questions through a target research initiative. This typically requires close interaction with the client, where we need to understand key narratives and research questions before getting started.
We may need to purchase bespoke industry intelligence, for certain types of projects.
-
We design multi-day workshops for in-depth exploration of complex challenges, allowing insights to evolve over time through reflection and iteration.
This format is ideal for strategic transformation processes that require alignment across diverse stakeholders and a deeper level of engagement.
-
As part of our knowledge partnerships, we engage in ongoing sparring with management teams and boards to strengthen strategic decision-making.
